Originally established in 1997 Robertsons is based in the popular village of Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire. The business is owned and run by Simon Robertson who has over 30 years of estate agency experience and he has lived in the area all his life. Simon is committed to being an important part of the local community supporting local schools and events through sponsorship and fundraising.

Simon Robertson – Director
Simon Robertson was born in Amersham, growing up and schooled in Penn and Hazlemere he went on to start his estate agency career in 1987. With over 30 years’ experience Simon can offer a wealth of local knowledge and experience. In his spare time Simon supports Manchester City and Wycombe Wanderers and has a passion for Formula 1 and British Touring Car Championship.
Susan grew up and lives locally with her family and has had over 20 years’ experience in Estate Agency in the area.
James is our expert in Hazlemere and the surrounding villages. He grew up in Penn and has always lived and worked locally, attending the Manor Farm Schools in Hazlemere and John Hampden Grammar School. After several successful years in retail his estate agency career began in 2005 and in 2017 James joined Robertsons to provide his expertise in Hazlemere, Penn & Tylers Green, Widmer End, Holmer Green, Great Kingshill, Little Kingshill and Downley. In his spare time James loves visits to the cinema, eating out and spending time with his beloved dog Gatsby.

Penn and Tylers Green
Penn and Tylers Green are adjoining villages forming a single community about 3 miles north west of Beaconsfield and 4 miles east of High Wycombe surrounded by delightful Chiltern countryside. The Communications are excellent with the motorway network (Junction 3 of the M40) at Loudwater being just under 3 miles away giving access to London (approximately 30 miles to Central London) and Heathrow (approximately 19 miles). A train service to London Marylebone and Birmingham runs from both Beaconsfield and High Wycombe.
Buckinghamshire is regarded as one of the top educational areas in the country. Penn and Tylers Green has both a primary school and middle school and there are excellent Secondary and Grammar Schools within easy reach.
There are some shops in the village. The excellent Londis general store on the Common has recently opened next to JJ’s delicatessen. Close by is The Village bookshop and Strings the music shop. At Kings Ride in Tylers Green is another general store Dips, The Little Beauty Box, Stop Pressed, Beaconsfield computer workshop and the dry cleaners. Further shopping facilities can be found in Hazlemere.
Hazlemere is a highly desirable residential area situated north of High Wycombe and within easy reach of Beaconsfield, Amersham and Great Missenden. It’s surrounding areas are very rural with large areas of farmland and greenbelt.
The village offers excellent schools for all ages, football, tennis, and cricket clubs. There is an 18 hole golf course, a range of shops, pubs and restaurants.
The village is within the commuter belt, with railway stations at High Wycombe, Beaconsfield and Amersham serving London and Birmingham. Road links are close by, with easy access to the M40, the M25 and Heathrow.
Holmer Green offers a full range of pre-schools, primary and secondary schools, three different Christian denomination (Anglican, Baptist, Methodist) churches, a GP practice, a dental practice, four pub/restaurants, two private clubs and good sports facilities, plus an excellent array of everyday shops, including a food store, hardware, chemist, newsagent, hairdressers, petrol station and even its own fish and chip shop!
Holmer Green is situated to the north of the nearby A404 which connects junctions of the M40, M25 &M4. Being only a short drive from both Amersham to the east, and High Wycombe to the south-west, the village is suitably located for commuting into London by fast mainline railway on the Metropolitan line (Amersham) or Chiltern Line (High Wycombe). A regular bus service connects Holmer Green to Amersham, Chesham and High Wycombe. The village is just up to an hour’s drive from all four of London’s main international airports – Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead.
Widmer End is about 3 miles north of High Wycombe. The village is surrounded by farmland and adjoins the villages of Hazlemere and hamlet of Cryers Hill. The village boasts a combined school, a local shopping parade, a village hall and a recreation ground. Further shopping facilities can be found at Park Parade in Hazlemere which is a short drive away
