Buying a home as a first time buyer is sooo stressful because the solicitors are awfully slow. Jacqui at Robertson's went above and beyond with keeping up to date and chasing up both mine and the sellers solicitors. I really could not have done this without Jacqui and although she was not my estate agent because I was not selling.... she was literally "my estate agent" and the most important person in this whole process. So warm and funny and down to earth... when I sell in the future she will be my go to person!

I recently purchased a property in Flackwell Heath which was being sold by Robertsons Estate Agents. It was the first time I had moved in 28 years and buying and selling a property was a daunting prospect. However I cannot recommend this company enough. All the staff I dealt with were professional but also very friendly and approachable. They kept me informed all through the process on how the sale was proceeding. They metaphorically held my hand when minor problems arose - problems that seemed major to me but which they sorted out. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an estate agents.
